CONDOMINIUM COMMON AREA RENOVATION

A common area renovation for a beachfront high-rise condominium in Marco Island. Expanding and revamping existing common areas in 2 towers, including both lobbies, social room, admin’s office, multi-purpose room, gym, and 35 floors of tenant corridors. We used warm colors and materials rich in textures to bring the coastal style into our modern space.

A common area renovation concept for a Downtown Sarasota Condominium. We proposed to modernize the existing lobby, boardroom, social room, conference room, yoga room, and outdoor pool areas by mixing bold patterns with modern and transitional-style furniture.
